today is Ayen birthday...dont know he have a happy day??em...i woke up at 0600am..damn early~because me,Fu and Patrick went to FRIM jogged~when we return down the hill...then we meet Puan Lueh~we chat a while then we continue ran..we went to kepong take our breakfast~i reached home at 930am...i take a bath...then played facebook and online~

i helped mummy prepared lunch...i helped mummy to cut the garlic and onion...my hand whole day gt the smell of garlic....DAMN SMELLY=='''...i rested a while at 300pm...at 430pm...Patrick fetched me go out...we went to Ric home take something...then we went to Desa Park city's secret recipe...we chat many...about study...job...car...house...frens...many topic...after tat...back home...

i played face book..i chat with nana,han and shan...today is a nice day~
